• We contact the supplier requesting samples according to your specification, the samples being a base for your certification process.
• Further to an evaluation of incoming offers, we enter negotiations with a supplier who has delivered satisfactory certified samples.
We dispel communication problems and differing expectations concerning quality stability between you and your supplier, both in the initial phase and in an existing supply relationship.

• Detailed description of your product (Materials, engineering detail drawing, specification)
• Sample, if obtainable
• Relevant quality standards (ISO, CE, IEC...)
• Definition of supplier’s requirements (capacity of delivery, packing, period stipulated for delivery etc.)
• Further requirements
